A considered move to Google Workspace

Google Workspace Migration Services

A migration changes how people find information and get work done. We help organizations move to Google Workspace by evaluating the source environment, mapping identities and data, testing the migration approach and coordinating the transition with users and IT. Each plan accounts for business continuity, tool limitations and what a successful handover looks like.

Where to begin

Start with the right scope.

Start with a focused engagement or combine services into a broader program. We agree scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria before delivery.

01

Migration readiness & planning

Inventory users, domains, mailboxes and collaboration data. Identify dependencies, data ownership, licensing and source-specific constraints before setting the migration scope.

02

Pilot & production migration

Test an agreed sample, resolve issues and schedule migration waves. Coordinate email routing, cutover communications, validation and a defined period of launch support.

03

Consolidation & complex transitions

Assess multiple domains or environments, shared information and identity dependencies. Define ownership and exception handling before committing to the transfer approach.

Project scope

What the work can include.

We identify the systems, people and dependencies involved, then define which activities belong in your engagement.

Source assessment, account mapping and data-volume review
Workload-by-workload scope for email, calendars, contacts and files
Migration tooling evaluation, licensing requirements and access preparation
Pilot transfers, exception reporting and user acceptance checks
Coexistence where supported, cutover scheduling and contingency planning
Post-migration validation, employee guidance and administrator handoff
How delivery works

From discovery to handoff.

What you receive

Your questions, answered.

Can you migrate us from Microsoft 365 or another email provider?

We assess your source environment and select a suitable migration approach. The plan identifies supported email, calendar, contact and file data, tool requirements, account mapping and any items that need a separate treatment.

Will every file, permission and feature transfer exactly as it is?

Not necessarily. Permissions, links, shared mailboxes, archives and application integrations can behave differently between platforms. We inventory these dependencies, test representative data and document exceptions before agreeing the migration scope.

Will our business lose access to email during the move?

We plan a cutover window, communicate changes and test mail flow to reduce disruption. Depending on the source and tools, staged transfers and final synchronization may be appropriate. The plan includes recovery options and clear go/no-go checks; zero downtime is not assumed.

How long does a migration take?

Timing depends on user count, data volume, transfer limits, source access, integrations and the required change window. Discovery and a pilot help establish a realistic schedule before a company-wide move.

What happens after cutover?

The agreed stabilization period can include data checks, mail-flow validation, sign-in troubleshooting and user assistance. We document unresolved exceptions and hand over administration. Long-term support and source-system retirement are planned separately.
