Talk through your project
01

Working with us

Where are you based, and which locations do you serve?

Integrated Systems Technologies LLC is based in Kyle, Texas. We provide remote consulting across the USA and coordinate onsite work according to the project location, scope and schedule. Travel and site requirements are agreed before work begins.

Do you work with small businesses and larger organizations?

Yes. We support small businesses, growing organizations and enterprise teams. The scope can range from a focused assessment or new-business setup to a coordinated migration, site rollout or specialist engineering engagement.

Can you work with our internal IT team and existing providers?

Yes. We can lead a defined project or contribute specialist expertise alongside your staff and current vendors. We agree responsibilities, access, approvals and handoffs at the start so everyone knows who owns each part of the work.

Can one engagement cover several technology needs?

Yes. We can coordinate collaboration platforms, cloud infrastructure, networks, devices, AV and connected workplace systems in one project plan. Specialist installation work and third-party dependencies are identified in the scope.

02

Planning your project

How do we get started?

Tell us the outcome you want, the systems involved, your location and any target date. We review the need, identify the right next conversation and define an assessment or proposal. You do not need a complete technical specification to reach out.

How are projects priced?

Pricing depends on scope, technical complexity, user or site count, data volume, equipment and delivery requirements. We identify professional services, subscriptions, hardware and travel separately where applicable. A proposal sets out deliverables, assumptions and the process for scope changes.

How long will the work take?

Timing depends on readiness, dependencies, access, equipment lead times and the change windows your business can accommodate. After discovery, we propose milestones and highlight what must be in place before each phase can start.

Can we reuse our existing equipment and subscriptions?

Often, yes. We assess compatibility, condition, capacity and support life before recommending replacement. The goal is to keep suitable investments and make changes where they address a clear business need.

03

Delivery and ongoing support

How do you reduce disruption during a rollout or migration?

We plan around business operations using pilots, phased delivery, agreed change windows and validation where appropriate. Expected interruptions and recovery options are documented before major changes; no single approach fits every environment.

Who owns the accounts, configurations and documentation?

Your organization retains ownership of its accounts and systems. We agree administrative access and provide the documentation and handoff deliverables specified in the engagement, with clear responsibilities for operating the environment.

Do you provide training and support after launch?

Training and a stabilization period can be included in the project. Longer-term administration or IT support is scoped separately, with covered systems, service hours and escalation procedures agreed in writing.

What should we include in a consultation request?

Share your business goal, approximate user or site count, current platforms and desired timeframe. A budget range is helpful but optional. Please leave passwords, access keys and sensitive customer information out of the public form.
