Move with a plan. Modernize with purpose.

Cloud Migration & Modernization

Moving infrastructure to the cloud is a business transition with technical dependencies, operating costs and people to prepare. Our cloud engineers help assess the current environment, plan the destination, coordinate migration and identify improvements that make sense for each workload. We connect the move with validation, operational readiness and a roadmap for what comes next.

Where to begin

Start with the right scope.

Start with a focused engagement or combine services into a broader program. We agree scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria before delivery.

01

Migration readiness & roadmap

Inventory the workloads, map dependencies and review business requirements. Compare migration approaches and cost assumptions, then build a phased plan with clear prerequisites and priorities.

02

Foundation & workload migration

Prepare the agreed cloud foundation for identity, networking, access and operations. Pilot representative workloads, coordinate migration waves and validate the business applications at cutover.

03

Modernization & optimization

Evaluate improvements to infrastructure, deployment practices, reliability and ongoing cost. Scope suitable changes to hosting or platform services, with application changes and specialist requirements identified before implementation.

Project scope

What the work can include.

We identify the systems, people and dependencies involved, then define which activities belong in your engagement.

What is the difference between migration and modernization?

Migration moves a workload to a new environment. Modernization changes how it is built or operated—for example, adopting a managed service or improving deployment processes. A project may combine both, but moving every application does not require rewriting it.

How do you decide which workloads should move first?

We assess dependencies, business importance, data requirements, operating constraints and readiness. The resulting plan groups workloads into manageable waves and identifies candidates to retain, retire, move or modernize.

Can we keep some systems on premises?

Yes. A hybrid approach may suit application, connectivity or business requirements. We map the connections between environments and define access, operational ownership and dependencies before moving workloads.

How do you reduce disruption during migration?

The plan can include representative testing, staged transfers, agreed change windows and validation before cutover. We define recovery options and business acceptance checks. Expected interruption depends on each workload and is discussed before the move.

Will moving to the cloud automatically reduce costs?

No. Costs depend on architecture, usage, licensing, data transfer and operations. We examine the business case and identify ongoing cost controls so the decision reflects your workload rather than a blanket savings promise.

What happens after the workloads are moved?

The agreed scope can include stabilization, performance checks, documentation and an operations handoff. Optimization and modernization may continue as later phases once the migrated environment has been validated.
