Cloud expertise from design through operations

Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure Engineering

Our cloud engineers turn business and workload requirements into a supportable cloud environment. We design and configure the infrastructure, access model and connectivity that applications depend on, then prepare the operating team to manage it. Workload moves can be delivered through our dedicated Cloud Migration & Modernization service.

Where to begin

Start with the right scope.

Start with a focused engagement or combine services into a broader program. We agree scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria before delivery.

01

Cloud readiness & architecture

Understand workloads, dependencies, access and connectivity. Define a target environment and a practical sequence for implementation.

02

Cloud foundation & deployment

Prepare the agreed environment for compute, storage, identity and connectivity. Apply configuration standards and validate the foundation before workloads are introduced.

03

Cloud environment improvement

Review reliability, configuration and cost drivers within the agreed scope. Prioritize changes and define operational ownership.

Project scope

What the work can include.

We identify the systems, people and dependencies involved, then define which activities belong in your engagement.

Concept illustration of connected cloud and network infrastructure
Illustrative technology concept
Workload inventory, dependency mapping and cloud-readiness assessment
Infrastructure design for compute, storage, connectivity and access
Environment deployment and agreed configuration standards
Deployment standards, configuration review and environment validation
Monitoring requirements, recovery expectations and cost visibility
Operating procedures, administrator handoff and improvement planning
How delivery works

From discovery to handoff.

What you receive

Useful deliverables. Clear ownership.

Your proposal specifies the deliverables, validation criteria and responsibilities for the agreed work.

Can you work with our existing cloud environment?

Yes. We start with your current platform, workloads, access model and operational responsibilities. The engagement can focus on a new foundation, a specific infrastructure change or a review of the existing design.

What is included in a cloud foundation?

Depending on the platform and scope, the design can cover account structure, identity, networking, logging, access boundaries, backup considerations and cost visibility. We agree the required controls and implementation deliverables before building.

Do we need a complete redesign to improve our cloud setup?

Not always. We identify gaps and priorities first. A phased improvement plan may address access, networking, reliability or operational documentation while preserving investments that still meet your needs.

Can you help with cloud costs?

We can review resource use, sizing and cost visibility, then identify options to investigate. Recommendations account for performance and availability needs. Savings depend on the current environment and the changes you choose to implement.

Who operates the infrastructure after deployment?

We establish ownership before handoff. Your internal team, current provider or a separately scoped support arrangement can take responsibility, with agreed documentation, access and escalation procedures.
