Yes. We assess the affected locations, devices, applications and timing of the problem. Findings help distinguish wireless coverage, network configuration, internet service and application issues before recommending changes.
Can you design a network for a new office or retail location?
Yes. We review the floor plan, users, connected equipment and business workflows. Scope can include switching, Wi-Fi, network segmentation, connectivity and coordination with cabling or internet providers.
Can guests, payment devices and business systems be separated?
We can design appropriate network segmentation and access rules based on the devices and requirements involved. Payment-system requirements are confirmed with the relevant provider; segmentation alone is not a compliance certification.
Do we have to replace all of our network equipment?
Not necessarily. We assess capacity, compatibility, support life and manageability. Equipment that remains suitable can stay, while replacements are prioritized around the business need.
Will installation interrupt business operations?
We agree installation and change windows before work begins. Testing, configuration backups and recovery steps are planned as appropriate, with any expected service interruption communicated in advance.
